PRIVATE (HOME)

  • The Freezing Point will have a contract with the host of the party.
  • We request no tip jar.
  • Private gratuity at the end of the event is greatly appreciated.
  • Those who host parties in their home, and provide the alcohol, are exposed to potential liability. But they are generally covered by homeowners or renter's insurance policies, which include personal liability coverage.
  • Much of the liability though is on the server, who will be TABC certified. Meaning they've been trained on what constitutes legal serving practices in Texas, and therefore they acknowledge responsibility.
